REAL ESTATE FROM THE START

For the past 17 years, Mark has been lucky enough to call his work in real estate a true passion. From the very first stages of his career to now, he has worked exceptionally hard the entire way. Since becoming a certified residential appraiser in 2005, he has had the privilege of training over 10 appraisers and formed the largest appraisal company in Thurston County.

But Mark saw more. He easily transitioned into the realm of real estate brokerage and was fortunate enough to not only have sold over $20 million in 2021 alone, but he also formed a real estate investment group serving Thurston & Lewis Counties. This has given him the ability to utilize so many amazing qualities including his gifted eye for home design and on-the-job training from other contractors. Yep, he's a busy guy. But you want to know the best part? You would never know how busy he was judging by his dedication to his work, clients, and family.

Any time you ask Mark about what the most rewarding part of his career has been, he will tell you, "That's an easy one." For Mark, when his clients and co-workers turn into lifelong friends, there is nothing better.

Mark and his wife Kelsey are blessed with 3 incredible boys;

Scott, Collin, and Jackson. They are very involved in their church and look for opportunities to serve in every way they can. Hosting is their specialty whether it's a simple lunch or super fun themed party, they leave people talking about the experience even days later.

Their boys love playing sports and as the devoted Mom and Dad they are, Kelsey and Mark are there making sure to be the loudest in the cheer section. It's not hard to find the right word to describe just how lucky he is to have the amazing community, loving friends, and supportive family that he has. "Blessed. I am so incredibly blessed."
