Respect and Compassion
I have had the privilege of calling the Northwest home for over three decades, affording me a deep appreciation for the region's myriad benefits. From its awe-inspiring natural landscapes and abundant outdoor recreational opportunities to its thriving artistic culture and numerous craft breweries and wineries, the Northwest presents a rich tapestry of experiences for its residents.
Prior to embarking on my real estate career, I dedicated 24 years to church leadership and also served a season in law enforcement. My family background is rooted in first responders and general contractors, providing me with valuable insights into the world of housing and rapid problem solving. My diverse experiences have cultivated in me a deep sense of respect and compassion for individuals and their distinctive circumstances, along with a meticulous eye for detail.
I leverage an expert and seasoned team of real estate, investment, and construction professionals including contractors, developers, landscapers, inspectors, appraisers, stagers, and handyman services to assist my clients with precision to get their desires met quickly.
I truly enjoy helping clients accomplish their real estate goals. My commitment lies in actively listening to my clients, thoroughly understanding their preferences, needs, and objectives, and then leveraging my strong negotiation skills and clear communication to ensure a successful and fulfilling real estate transaction.

My journey began in beautiful Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. However, my family relocated to Washington when I was young, and I grew up in the vibrant community of Olympia. After graduating from Olympia High School in 1994, I had the pleasure of meeting Angie, a
native of Olympia and a graduate of Tumwater High School. Our story unfolded, and we exchanged vows in 1998.
For the next 25 years, Angie and I devoted ourselves to serving our community through pastoral ministries in Pierce and Thurston County. Although I briefly pursued a career in law enforcement, circumstances beyond my control led me down a different path.
During this time, I pursued further education online in ministry leadership and biblical studies from Life Pacific University. Additionally, I dedicated time toward a certificate in web design from SPSCC. Furthermore, I've acquired certificates in pool and spa design and maintenance, pest and home inspection, and proudly served as a commissioned officer by the Washington State Department of Criminal Justice.
Our family expanded with the arrival of our two remarkable daughters. Our eldest daughter embarked on her academic journey, completing running start in 2023 and is currently pursuing a double major in worship ministry and business leadership at Northwest Christian University. Meanwhile, our youngest daughter has just begun her high school adventure with plans to pursue a career in psychology.
Together, we cherish life's simple pleasures and enjoy spending time with our beloved golden retriever, Tessa. Whether we're swimming or exploring the wonders of the Pacific Northwest, Angie, our daughters, and I enjoy our time together making memories, spending time with friends and family, and the magic of our surroundings here in the
great Northwest.
